Ingredients

350 g veal mince

2 sprigs of oregano

1 egg

3 tbsp breadcrumbs

1 clove garlic
-
1 small onion

2 tbsp olive oil

½ jar of Think Tomato

Bread, to serve
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 195°C (385°F).

Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel and crush the garlic.

In a bowl, mix the minced veal with the chopped onion, garlic, oregano leaves, egg, and breadcrumbs.

Season with salt and pepper.

Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 5 cm in diameter).

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and brown the meatballs for 5 minutes, turning them until nicely coloured.

Pour the Think Tomato sauce over the meatballs and place the pan in the oven.

Let everything simmer in the oven for 7 minutes.

Serve with freshly sliced bread.
