Ingredients

1 kg mussels
-
1 jar of Think Tomato

1 bag of mussel vegetables
-
100 ml white wine
-
Bread or fries
-
A splash of olive oil

Salt & pepper
Instructions

Let the mussels soak briefly in water, then rinse well.

Heat a pot over medium heat with a splash of olive oil.

Add the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.

Cook the vegetables for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Add the mussels and deglaze with the white wine.

Let simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the jar of Think Tomato sauce.

Cook for another 3 minutes, then remove the pot from the heat.

Serve with bread or fries.
