Ingredients

300 g asparagus

200 g colourful cherry tomatoes

1 bunch of basil

1 burrata
-
Good-quality olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper

1 jar of Think Tomato
Instructions

Peel the asparagus, cut into large pieces, and cook in salted water. Drain well.

Meanwhile, wash and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Arrange the asparagus and cherry tomatoes on a platter or large plate.

Tear the burrata and basil over the asparagus.

Finish with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Drizzle with cold Think Tomato sauce.
