Ingredients

450 g washed spinach

1 shallot
-
1 clove garlic

Olive oil

200 g cannelloni
-
250 g ricotta
-
1 jar of Think Tomato

Gruyère cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Finely chop the shallot and garlic.

Sauté the shallot and garlic in a splash of olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Add the washed spinach leaves and let them wilt.

Once the spinach is cooked, add the ricotta.

Stir well and remove from the heat.

Fill the cannelloni with the spinach–ricotta mixture and place them in an oven dish.

Pour the jar of Think Tomato sauce over the cannelloni.

Finish with grated Gruyère cheese.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
