Ingredients

300 g fresh white fish

1 red onion

1 zucchini
-
4 potatoes

1 jar of Think Tomato Original

Olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Marinate the white fish with olive oil and freshly ground salt and pepper. Place the fish on a sheet of aluminium foil.

Slice the zucchini, red onion, and potatoes into thin slices.

Arrange the sliced vegetables on top of the fish.

Fold the aluminium foil over the fish and seal the edges tightly to form a papillote.

Add a generous amount of tomato sauce to the papillote and close it completely.

Place the papillote in the preheated oven and cook for 30 minutes.

Carefully remove from the oven.

Serve the white fish en papillote immediately and enjoy.
