Ingredients

1 can of tuna in water

1 packet of bulgur or rice

Gruyère cheese
-
1 jar of thick tomato sauce

Fresh thyme
Instructions

Bring water to a boil and cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.

Heat olive oil in a saucepan.

Add the cooked rice to the saucepan.

Add the thick tomato sauce and stir well.

Add the tuna (drained).

Let everything simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Add the fresh thyme.

Serve with a little grated Gruyère on top.
Fun fact: Tita is my mom’s nickname 🙂 She used to make this dish regularly for me and my brothers, and we absolutely loved it!
