Ingredients

4 slices of smoked salmon

½ onion

1 clove garlic

Spaghetti

1 jar of Think Tomato x Ricotta
Instructions

Peel the onion and garlic and slice them thinly.

Gently sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil over low heat until softened.

Cut the smoked salmon into pieces and add it to the pan.

Let everything cook for about 5 minutes.

Add the Think Tomato x Ricotta sauce and let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well.
