Ingredients

1–2 jars of Think Tomato Original

1 can of cooked chickpeas, rinsed

3–4 eggs
-
½ block of feta cheese
-
Parsley
Instructions

Heat the Think Tomato sauce in a pan over medium heat.

Add the rinsed chickpeas and let everything gently simmer.

Crack the eggs into the sauce.

Cook until the egg whites are set, then remove the pan from the heat.
-
Finish with crumbled feta and parsley.
Perfect served with some bread.

Heerlijk gerecht!
Al 2x gemaakt, ondanks we geen kikkererwten fan zijn ruilen we het in voor bv. Champignons :)
