Ingredients

Fresh octopus (tentacles) for 2 people

2 cloves garlic

1 shallot
-
A handful of fresh coriander (cilantro)

1 small Spanish chili pepper

½ jar of Think Tomato
-
Salt and pepper

A splash of white wine

Olive oil
Instructions

Wash the fresh octopus, remove any tough parts, finely chop it, and pat dry.

Heat olive oil in a pan and add the garlic, finely chopped chili pepper, and shallot. Let them lightly brown.

Deglaze with a glass of white wine and add ½ vegetable stock cube.

Meanwhile, bring water to a boil for the spaghetti and cook until al dente.

Heat a grill pan and quickly grill the finely chopped octopus. Optionally add the grilling juices to the pan with the garlic and onion.

Combine everything, add ½ jar of Think Tomato and a drizzle of olive oil.

Season generously with freshly ground pepper and finish with a squeeze of lime juice and fresh coriander.
