Ingredients

1 jar of Think Tomato

800 g mixed minced meat

Burger buns

Sour cream

Jalapeños

Cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper
Instructions

Place a small pot on the BBQ, add the Think Tomato sauce, and let it boil so it thickens slightly.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, shape into burgers, and place them on the BBQ.

Toast the burger buns on the grill, cut side down.

Place a generous amount of cheddar on each burger and leave them on the grill until the cheese has melted.

Spread sour cream on the bottom half of each bun and the thickened Think Tomato sauce on the top half — a fun and healthier alternative to ketchup.

Place the burger on the bun and add as many jalapeños as you can handle.
