Ingredients

1 jar of Think Tomato

150 g tortilla chips

Cheddar cheese

1 red onion

Fresh coriander (cilantro)

Sour cream

Jalapeños
-
Salt and pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).

Roughly chop the red onion and coriander.

Slice the jalapeños.

Spread the tortilla chips over an oven dish and scatter the cheddar (and Gruyère, if using) on top.

Place the nachos under the grill for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

Drizzle generously with Think Tomato sauce and finish with sour cream, jalapeños, and fresh coriander.
