Meatballs with Egg in Think Tomato Sauce
Ingredients

2 jars Think Tomato

5 eggs

800 g mixed minced meat

Breadcrumbs

Potatoes or mashed potatoes, to serve

Salt and pepper
Instructions

Hard-boil 4 eggs for about 10 minutes. Cool under running water and peel.

In a bowl, mix the minced meat with 1 raw egg, salt and pepper.

Add breadcrumbs and knead until you have a firm mixture.

Divide the meat into 4 portions and roll into large balls.

Make a hollow in each ball, place a hard-boiled egg inside, and carefully shape the meat around it to form neat balls.

Place the meatballs in an oven dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.

Pour the Think Tomato sauce over the meatballs and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Serve with potatoes or mashed potatoes.
