Ingredients

1 jar of Think Tomato (I recommend Think Tomato Ricotta, but it’s not a must)

1 jar of salsify

1 egg

Breadcrumbs

Flour
Instructions

Drain the salsify in a colander.

Set up three plates: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.

Coat the salsify sticks first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Fry the salsify in a pan with oil or in a deep fryer until golden brown.

Meanwhile, gently heat the Think Tomato sauce over low heat until slightly thickened so it’s perfect as a dip.

Remove the salsify from the oil once golden and drain briefly on kitchen paper.

Serve immediately and start dipping!
