This is a recipe from my mother-in-law — the kids call her “Mima”.
I love this dish so much; I could honestly eat it every week.
🕑 30 minutes 🍴 Serves 4
Ingredients

4 slices of young cheese

4 slices of ham
-
4 veal cutlets

1 jar of Think Tomato
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the veal cutlets on a cutting board, cover with baking paper, and pound them thinner using a rolling pin or similar.

Season the veal with salt and pepper.

Place one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on each cutlet.

Roll up the veal tightly to form rolls.

Secure each roll with a toothpick.

Place the rolls in an oven dish and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Add the Think Tomato sauce and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.

Optionally finish with some fresh thyme and serve with a side of your choice (pasta, salad, etc.).
