gnocchi met think tomato

Gnocchi in Think Tomato Sauce

This recipe was given to me by Vache Bleue — with Think Tomato 😉


🕑 30 minutes 🍴 Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms

  • 1 shallot, finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 500 g gnocchi

  • 400 ml Think Tomato sauce

  • 100 g grated Mix Pasta cheese (Vache Bleue)

  • 200 g baby spinach

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, sauté the shallot and garlic in the olive oil.

  2. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few more minutes until tender.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Once the mushrooms are cooked, pour in the Think Tomato sauce.

  5. Cook the gnocchi in salted boiling water; they are done when they float to the surface.

  6. Drain and add the gnocchi to the tomato sauce.

  7. Stir in the spinach and half of the grated Mix Pasta cheese. Mix well.

  8. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and serve immediately.

Tip

You can easily prepare this dish in advance. Reheat for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) in the oven.
