This is a recipe by Louise De Brabandere for Think Tomato

Ingredients

2 tbsp neutral oil

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, crushed to a paste

Salt and pepper

A pinch of chili flakes (optional)

½ tsp paprika powder

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp tomato paste
-
2 jars of Think Tomato
-
40 g brown sugar
-
30 ml apple cider vinegar
Instructions

Heat the oil in a saucepan and gently sauté the onion over low heat for 10 minutes, until soft and translucent.

Add the garlic, a generous pinch of salt, pepper, the spices, and the tomato paste. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add the Think Tomato sauce, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.

Let the mixture gently simmer over low heat for 45–55 minutes, or until you obtain a thick, concentrated sauce. Stir occasionally.

Remove from the heat and blend until smooth using a blender or immersion blender.

Let the ketchup cool completely and store in a clean, sealed jar or bottle in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
