Ingredients

8 slices of sourdough bread or baguette

Extra virgin olive oil

1 jar of Think Tomato
-
Salt and pepper
-
A pinch of chili flakes
-
A pinch of dried oregano
-
8 salted anchovy fillets
-
Lemon zest
Instructions

Fry the slices of sourdough bread in a generous splash of olive oil until golden brown.

Remove from the pan and spread with a layer of Think Tomato.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chili flakes (go easy!), and dried oregano.

Top each slice with an anchovy fillet and finish with freshly grated lemon zest.
