Ingredients

1 jar of Think Tomato

White baguette or ciabatta

Buffalo mozzarella or burrata

400 g mixed minced meat

Olive oil
-
Salt and pepper
Instructions

Place a small pot on the BBQ, add the Think Tomato sauce, and let it boil until it thickens slightly.

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, brush both sides with olive oil, and place them cut-side down on the grill.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and shape into large meatballs.

Place the meatballs on the grill and press them down slightly.

Remove the bread from the grill and generously spread both sides with the thickened tomato sauce.

Place the grilled meatballs on the bread and top with thick slices of mozzarella or burrata.

Put the whole sandwich back on the BBQ briefly, until the mozzarella or burrata melts over the meatballs.
