Ingredients

2 large red bell peppers

500 g chicken breast fillets

1 jar of Think Tomato

2 cloves garlic
-
30 g freshly grated ginger (I sometimes use ginger paste instead!)

½ chili pepper, deseeded

250 g Greek yogurt
-
1 tbsp garam masala
-
Salt and pepper

Fresh coriander (cilantro), for garnish
Instructions

Chop the bell peppers, garlic, ginger, and chili pepper.

Sauté everything in a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Add the Think Tomato sauce.

Stir the yogurt and garam masala into the vegetables and let it simmer briefly.

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and brown them in a little olive oil.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Add the chicken to the sauce and mix well.

Divide the tikka masala among the plates and finish with fresh coriander.
