witte (vegetarische) balletjes in tomatensaus

White (Vegetarian) Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

🕑 15 minutes 🍴 Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 250 g ricotta

  • Breadcrumbs from 1 large slice of white bread

  • A handful of parsley, chopped

  • 60 g Parmesan, crumbled

  • 1 egg

  • 2 jars of Think Tomato

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the ricotta, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan, and egg in a bowl.

  2. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.

  4. Heat the Think Tomato sauce in a pot over medium heat.

  5. Gently place the white vegetarian meatballs into the warm sauce and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
