Ingredients

250 g ricotta

Breadcrumbs from 1 large slice of white bread

A handful of parsley, chopped

60 g Parmesan, crumbled

1 egg
-
2 jars of Think Tomato

Salt & pepper
Instructions

Place the ricotta, breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan, and egg in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper and mix well.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs and set aside.

Heat the Think Tomato sauce in a pot over medium heat.

Gently place the white vegetarian meatballs into the warm sauce and let everything simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
