Meatballs in tomato sauce!

🕑 30 minutes 🍴 Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 800 g mixed minced meat

  • 1 slice of bread

  • 1 shallot

  • Parsley

  • Think Tomato sauce (I usually use 2 jars)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Side dish: rice or mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).

  2. Place the bread, shallot, and parsley in a food processor and blend until finely chopped.

  3. Add this mixture to the minced meat and knead well.

  4. Season with salt and pepper and mix again.

  5. Shape the mixture into meatballs (about 10 cm in diameter) and place them in an oven dish.

  6. Put the dish with the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes.

  7. Add the Think Tomato sauce and return to the oven for another 10 minutes at 200°C (390°F).

  8. While the meatballs finish cooking, prepare your side dish (we usually serve them with rice).
